Commercial HVAC Technician -
Full time, permanent work, not seasonal. No overnight travel. 3 year's experience in light commercial service and repair. Benefits include company vehicle, health insurance, paid leave, and retirement plan. All work is local. On call is by rotation.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
⢠Proven ability to make HVAC repair and installation on all phases of equipment
⢠Knowledge of high and low voltage electrical systems
⢠Proven ability to detect and diagnose HVAC failures and make appropriate repairs
⢠Skilled in welding, soldering, pipe fitting, electrical control and trouble shooting.
⢠Skilled in compressor replacement
⢠Excellent ability to communicate well with customers in a professional, friendly manner.
⢠Ability to deliver work related communications in a clear, concise manner
⢠Ability to lift 75- 80 lbs.
⢠Ability to climb ladders
⢠Proven problem solving and reasoning ability
⢠Physically coordinated
⢠Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
⢠Excellent driving record and current Tennessee or Mississippi driver's license
⢠EPA certification
