Must have vast construction knowledge. Must be able to read and understand blueprints to execute site work. Must be able to use computer software for estimates for example InSite, EarthWorks, or similar. Need experience with Total Station with GPS systems etc. Must be able to operate bulldozer, track hoe, grader, etc. Should be able to handle required paperwork / reports and manage crew. At least 10 years of verifiable experience is a must.
