DescriptionHelp Desk Analysts apply to Robert Half Technology's new job opening. The position is with a growing company, looking for someone who will support local and field users. As a Help Desk Analyst, you must have a passion for solving problems in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment. This Help Desk Analyst role is based in the Murfreesboro, Tennessee area and is a short-term temporary opportunity.Your responsibilities
Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity sofware, and a variety of other applications used internally
Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
Help and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
Diagnose recurring technical issues and implement solutions to address the root of the problems
Requirements
Practical knowledge in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
Experience with IT support ticketing systems
Basic networking concepts
Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
1+ years of prior experience
Computer Hardware experience preferred
Deep understanding of Microsoft Windows
Comprehensive knowledge of Desktop Hardware
Demonstrated knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
