A company in the Nashville area is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for the full cycle processing of invoices, coding and matching with purchase orders, working heavily with the general ledger, processing and filing 1099's, assisting with month-end close and contacting vendors in order to resolve discrepancies.The Accounts Payable Specialist must have prior experience with an ERP system, at least three years of related experience, experience with processing a high volume of invoices and working with 1099's, organizational and multi-tasking skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.All qualified candidates are invited to apply.Find Us on FacebookBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
