Job Description
The Client Services Account Manager will support 20-30 key clients within the accounting group. Basic responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
General bookkeeping, reconciling, accounts payable, and data entry using QuickBooks.
Payroll processing
General office administration support (receptionist coverage, copying, filing, greeting clients when receptionist is unavailable)
Collecting and organizing rental income
Core Competencies
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Two years accounting experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive, out-going personality
Service oriented
Self-directed
Experience using QuickBooks and ADP payroll processing is highly preferred.
Schedule
Monday Friday 8 am 5 pm (1 hour lunch break)
