Title: Financial Analyst
Location:Nashville, TN 37214
Pay Rate: $33 hr (Weekly Pay)
Contract: 6 months (High potential for permanent)
Full Time: 8am-4:30pm

Our client is a leader in the healthcare technology industry is seeking a experienced Financial Analyst to assist the team.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop various financial models and standard templates distributed for use by Finance during the planning processes, ensuring quality, accuracy and focused analytic review.
Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of the results of the BUs performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan.
Update and distribute standard monthly customer and revenue reporting.
Update and maintain transfer revenue journal entries.
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support
Support Financial Planning & Analysis(FP&A) business partners by being the first point of contact for issues and questions.
Demonstrate appropriate understanding/working knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls, and apply them.
Describe an insightful use of financial analysis techniques, tools, and concepts, to provide practical counsel to business area partners and management to drive business results.
Understand and facilitate the integration of business processes, people, and relevant technology, in order to identify, configure, and communicate useful information as well as seek solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA/MBA preferred
Must have 3-5+ years of business finance (financial analyst role) or other relevant experience
Must have understanding of generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Advanced in MS Excel skills and skilled in MS Access.
Financial modeling expertise a plus
Financial systems experience required. TM1 IBM Planning Analytics preferred
