Family owned trucking company is seeking a full charge bookkeeper.
Responsibilities:
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Payroll, including payroll tax returns
Bank reconciliation
Quarterly fuel tax returns
General ledger/Journal entries
Monthly financial statements
HR benefit management
Administrative assistance to President
Good communication skills, experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook required. Familiarity with Frontline and Dossier software packages a plus. Must be able to multitask and work well with others.
