Full Time Residential Roofing Executive Sales Associate Needed Immediately
Summit Roofing of Goodlettsville, TN is seeking a full time residential roofing expert.
Summit Roofing is a 10 year veteran roofing and general contracting company. We are seeking experienced, motivated and organized individuals to join our growing team.
Job Duties:
- Attend scheduled appointments with customers
- Order and read satellite measurements of residential properties
- Take roof measurements (ability to climb, bend, kneel, duck, etc.)
- Generate estimates
- Close leads
- Schedule subcontractors
- Order materials
- Generate contracts
- Collect payments
- PRIORITIZE DAILY TASKS
- More as needed
Experience Required:
- Sales Experience in Roofing/Remodeling
- General Contracting/Roofing Experience
- Estimating
- Managing Subcontractors
- Proficient in computer software such as word, excel, email, etc.
- Maintaining a large quantity of job files
Must have reliable transportation to and from the office or job site
Must have clean driving record
Must have references
Some weekend work may be necessary
Bilingual a plus
