CONCIERGE POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Professionally Answer Phones & Greet Visitors
Maintain community entrance/exit logs
Monitor foot traffic to ensure entrance is by authorized individuals only
Answer resident inquiries, manage resident requests, manage package storage and delivery, allow authorized visitors and vendors on to the property
Issue keys, gate cards, remotes and establish move-in packages
Assist Property Manager, etc.
CONCIERGE POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Identification & Transportation
Professional Work Attire
Excellent Written & Verbal Communications
Ability to Work Weekends
Great Attitude
