Qualification Specialist | Franklin Office
Wesley Financial Group is growing again and we are seeking top level qualification specialists for our Nashville office.

This role is the first line of contact for timeshare owners that call us for help.
The ideal person for this job is optimistic, flexible, patient, easy-going, and cheerful. You must be a people-person. The ability to speak with people, listen attentively, and respond accordingly is paramount.
What youll do:
Consistently meet or exceed outbound call goals
Speak with timeshare owners who are wanting help out of their contract
Update information in the Salesforce lead database
Support sales Vice Presidents as part of an integrated sales effort
Set phone appointments
Identify opportunities to grow revenue
Develop relationships with prospective clients through phone calls and email correspondence.
Qualify Leads
What youll need:
Timeshare Experience is a plus!
Inside sales experience
Amazing customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid computer skills including MS Office
Experience with Salesforce is preferred
A can-do attitude
A team mentality

Salesforce experience

Please note The office hours for this role are:
Monday - Thursday 10:00am - 8:00pm with a one hour lunch. 3-day weekend!
