We are a subcontractor to the commercial construction industry seeking an Estimator/Takeoff Specialist. Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years commercial blue print experience, online takeoff experience, good computer skills (email, Word, Excel, PlanGrid, BlueBeam, etc.) and strong communication skills. Prefer division 8 thru 12 and/or someone with commercial construction takeoff experience, but will consider other architectural blueprint experience. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has a good work ethic, a positive attitude and a team mentality. Interview to include commercial blueprint takeoff. This is a fulltime salary position with benefits available.
