Senior Business Analyst to join our team

Remotely.

Responsibilities:
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
  • Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
  • Responsible for gathering business functional and internal technical requirements, project management, and business teams.
  • Packages all information together so delivery teams can be on budget and time.
  • Shares opportunities, risks, issues, timelines, and budget information to both IT, supply chain and business stakeholders.
  • Modernizing legacy systems to .NET and web services.

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in area of specialty.
  • 5+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Experience with Agile, or Scrum development methodologies required.
  • CSPO or CSM Certification Preferred.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • A sense of responsibility and accountability; someone who takes ownership and initiative.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude; customer service orientation.
  • Ability to learn new technologies, methods, and processes.
