Job Details
This role will support Cisco LAN/WAN networking and systems security company-wide, and maintain Microsoft technologies security including Active Directory, File Sharing, and Server/Client antivirus. Additionally, this position will support Internet and cloud-based systems security, as well as administrate routing/switching, VLAN configuration, Firewall/IDS/IPS, and wireless technologies. This position is part of the network and security team and will assist/lead in development and implementation of policies in compliance with Information Security Policy.
Responsible for WAN/LAN networking and systems security company-wide. Responsible for configuration of security for various systems throughout the company. Manages external networking and security contract/service resources. Develops policies and procedures for the standardization of networking and security systems. Ensures that company standards are adhered to in configuration and documentation of systems. Assists with CSIRT response and security auditing needs for the company. Assists North American companies with their WAN/LAN networking, security, and policy needs. Provides reporting and updates to management and associates. Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree (computer-related field preferred) with 5-7 years of progressive professional experience Experience with Cisco LAN/WAN administration with a minimum of 5 years' experience Experience with Internet security, IDS/IPS, Firewall & VPN administration with a minimum of 5 years' experience Experience with BGP Routing, VLANs, IDS/IPS, TCP/IP Networking, DHCP, DNS, & Wireless Experience with Fortinet, Office365 & MS Active Directory administration/security Experience with MSEPM, MSSQL, Sharepoint, VMWare & Trend Antivirus is a plus Team oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently Strong attention to detail as well as outstanding organizational skills
