job summary:
This position is onsite each day with some travel and possible weekend work required. Covid19 protocols are in place for all work locations. Qualified candidates should have 4+ years of experience in an IT support role both via phone and face-to-face. Primary responsibilities for the role are to set up and maintain all employee video conferencing systems.

responsibilities:
Main responsibility of each person is help setup, maintain, and ensure all video conferencing needs are met for employees and contractors. Experience with Cisco video conferencing systems, Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx Meetings and Events, Microsoft PowerPoint, Office 365 integrated products, Barco Clickwrap, and Zoom are required.
