We are a desserts bakery in East Nashville looking for an experienced cake decorator to join our team full time in May!
Spring is a very busy season for us and we need an experienced decorator who can decorate a variety of cakes. This person needs to be able to work efficiently and independently but still able to learn, grow and take art direction and constructive criticism.
Ideal team member:
MUST have experience decorating with BOTH buttercream and fondant
Organized and able to maintain a clean working environment
Able to assist in baking, filling and icing cakes to prepare for decorating
Has artistic skills and talents, including designing, drawing and painting on cakes
Has excellent attention to detail
Positive and upbeat
Hustles! Works efficiently while maintaining quality and creativity
Keeps calm and cool headed under pressure and high volume

Job Hours: (36hrs +/-) Position begins mid May
TuesdayÂ9-6 or til done
Wednesday 9-6 or til done
ThursdayÂ9-6 or til done
Friday 9-6 or til done
Holidays and wedding season will require longer hours as we book more orders than usual. As business grows there is the potential for more hours as well.
