Major Responsibilities
Provides and manages direct client/patient care, including consultations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses and treatment.
Performs PRP injections, micro needling, draws and interprets labs
Instructs and counsels patients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic treatments; holistic, compounded and traditional prescriptions
Communicates with patients regarding testing results, follow-up care, and additional information
Requirements
Registered Nurse
4 + years' experience in patient care capacity
Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
Schedule
1218 hours per week
Flexible 2 day work week
