Our busy medical practice is looking to fill openings for receptionists and schedulers. You will be responsible for answering a multi- line phone system, scheduling/rescheduling patient appointments, relaying patient information to the correct teams, preparing patient charts for the next day, as well as other duties to be assigned. Medical and insurance knowledge is a plus but not necessary as we are willing to train the right candidate. We are located in Hermitage. Our office hours are Monday Thursday 8:00am 5pm and Friday 7:30am 1200pm.
