-Full Time position.
-Must be reliable, arrive to work on-time and ready to work, and possess a good attitude.
-Must have valid TN drivers license with a good motor vehicle record.
-Must be able to pass drug test.
-Must have reliable transportation to office/job site.
-40+ Hours per week and some Saturdays.
-The ability to work outside in various weather conditions (hot, cold, humid, occasional light rain).
-Experience loading trailer and hauling grading equipment to job site is a plus.
-Ability to manage a 3 man crew to complete rough and finish grading projects in a timely manner.
-Minimum 1 year prior experience using Skid steer on a daily basis is required. More experience is a plus.
-Must be able to grade and load dump trucks with Skid Steer.
-Mini Excavator experience is a plus. Use mini ex to create swales and to dig plumbing ditches.
-Position also involves hand digging, hand grading, and hand assembly of storm-water system components.
-Job involves lifting 50+ pounds.
-Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
-Responsibilities include completing daily time-sheet for the crew to indicate time spent, materials used, and detailing what work was performed.
