Growing business in Cumberland Furnace is hiring a Full-Time Facilities/Maintenance Assistant. Applicants will need to have basic mechanical skills, a clean driving record, and must consent to a background check.
Duties will include but are not limited to: Property clean up (hauling trash, clearing brush, weeding and maintaining landscape beds, etc.) Basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. Operation of various tools and equipment (chain-saws, electric power tools, gas powered equipment, high ladder work, etc.)
This is a labor- intensive position that requires applicant to work outside with exposure to inclement weather conditions. Applicant must be highly reliable, a self-starter, and possess very good communication and organizational skills.
Shift schedule is Mon.-Fri 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m but would require occasional after-hours. Salary is commensurate to experience and includes a benefits package.
