ASSOCIATE PERSONAL INJURY/INTAKE ATTORNEY NEEDED (NORTH NASHVILLE)
Rocky McElhaney Law Firm, P.C. is looking for a junior associate attorney to join our team of gladiators in suits in the everyday fight for injured people. The ideal candidate will not back down because the opponent is big or the fight is tough. This gladiator must possess the care, compassion and commitment to strive every day to make a difference in the lives of real people and the community.
Attorney must have a valid Tennessee bar license. One-year experience in the field of personal injury or related litigation a plus. Experience using the case management software Needles a major plus.
Attorney's responsibilities will include fielding and screening potential new clients through telephone calls and electronic correspondence from our website. Additional responsibilities will include drafting correspondence, responding to electronic inquiries, meeting with potential clients and handling case sign ups, inputting data into case management software, running data reports, and drafting legal documents. Organizational skills required.
