Downtown Nashville law firm has an opening for a full-time litigation support position. Must be a team player, teachable and bring a positive attitude. Prior law firm/paralegal experience preferred. Paid parking provided. Compensation to be discussed during interview. Knowledge of Needles software would be a plus, however training is provided.
Job duties include:
⢠Answering phone lines and routing calls
⢠Drafting various legal documents upon attorney request
⢠Filing legal documents with local clerk upon attorney request
⢠Scheduling legal proceedings such as discovery appointments and depositions
⢠Knowledge of proper grammar and punctuation for legal correspondence
