The Extrusion Facility at MGM Industries manufactures PVC lineals that are used to make windows & doors in our fabrication facility. As you move up through the Extrusion ranks so does your wage. The speed at which you advance depends on your drive, ability and attitude.
We provide an Attendance Bonus based on the previous week's sales. Currently the bonus is running around $2.00/hour. As sales increase, the bonus increases.
