We are a multi-location business looking to add someone to our corporate office. Hours will be 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday-Friday. Must have some Quickbooks experience.
Key Work Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources: Processing employee on boarding and off boarding paper work and benefits administration. Keep staff lists up to date (Vacation and Sick days, Payroll sheets)
2. Accounting: Entering A/P, checks, and paying bills. Assist with filling.
3. Payroll: Prepare payroll forms for managers, process payroll, pay payroll remittances, and enter deductions.
4. Business Support: Assist owner, manager, and district manager with various tasks, answer phones, listen to messages, check and open mail, and administer phone and email systems. Ensure corporate office is maintained, organized, and stocked.
Requirements:
Current administrative/office support experience
Experience with: MS Office and Google docs
Must have experience using Quickbooks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Self-starter who is friendly and outgoing
Punctual, dependable and committed to the demands of deadlines
