Works with our life insurance clients and insurance companies while the life application is in underwriting
Multitasking, prioritizing, organization
Large volume of emails and outbound calls to collect information (no cold calling)
Requires a high level of customer focus
Caseload upwards of 320 cases depending on cases in Underwriting and staffing levels
Typing 45 wpm
No time off needed in the next 30 days
New Business Services Specialists Pay rates $13.00- $14.00
Customer service for both Life Insurance and Identity Theft Protection
Responsible for moving the life insurance application along in the process
Very high inbound and outbound call volume via automatic dialing system
Required dialer time of 6.5-7 hours daily
Typing 35 WPM
No time off needed in the next 30 days
