- Friendly phone demeanor and professional work ethic
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment handling calls and customers
- Possess computer skills (40 words per minute minimum)
- Must have previous dispatching experience in the towing industry
- Have knowledge of TOPS
- Must be able to handle difficult customers in a professional manner without getting flustered or taking it personally
Workplace dress is casual, but please no ripped jeans/pants/etc.
