Wesley Financial Group, LLC. is growing again! We are in search of Resolution Specialists.
You will be joining a team that wages war against the timeshare companies for fraud, lies, and misrepresentation to clients.
To be successful in this job you need to have critical thinking skills. You must be able to operate a computer and thrive in an office setting. At times you will work in teams but for the most part, you will need to be able to own your process from start to finish by setting timelines and goals for yourself. You will do research and work behind the scenes sending emails but you must also be able to pick up the phone and call clients/have a conversation.
What youâll need:
Timeshare Experience is a plus!
Amazing customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid computer skills including G-Suite (google).
Experience with Salesforce is preferred
A can-do attitude

Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm / Friday 9:00AM - 3:00PM
