Job Description
We have an outstanding career opportunity in the Nashville, TN area for a professional, results- oriented Cashier/Sales Associates .
Major Responsibilities:
Check-Out customers through our POS System.
Communicate with customers regarding their orders.
Pulling ordered goods and ensure product agrees to customers order and restock shelves with required products.
Work in a team environment to ensure customer relations are maintained.
Maintain safe, secure, and sanitary working conditions and leave work area in a clean and orderly fashion.
Abides by all Company policies and Human Resources Policies and Procedures Manual, the Business Code of Conduct, and Safety Regulations.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Work independently, exercising judgment and initiative with minimal supervision.
Maintain an effective working relationship with employees and others encountered through the course of employment.
Work effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedule and produce accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form.
Must be able to stand/walk for the duration of shift and must be able to carry and lift according to industry standards.
One year previous experience is a plus.
Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively to superiors, peers and subordinates.
Must have command of basic computer skills & math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
Working Conditions: Requires ability to work 7.30 am until job is completed. Physical requirements include walking, stooping, lifting up to 20 lbs. and standing for extended periods of time.
