DATA ANALYST

NASHVILLE, TN

POSITION:

ICS is looking for a Data Analyst, with Tableau experience, to join our B2B/B2C SaaS client's team in Dallas, TX! This position will work with data analysts, managers and engineers to play a crucial role in identifying trends that deal with sales, customer demographics, and key purchasing patterns. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a collaborative team, possess excellent business acumen and have outstanding analytical skills!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Solve real-life business problem that requires processing/analyzing terabytes of data and handling variety of data sources
• Proactively investigate, report, and where possible, address data quality issues
• Document business and reporting requirements, including business rules
• Conduct weekly stakeholder meetings to provide updates on projects
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs

• 3+ years as a Business Data Analyst; supporting Marketing, Finance, and Sales teams
• 2+ years' experience with Tableau
• Expert experience with SQL
• Thrives in small teams and likes to take initiative
• Ability to think critically and work through challenges
