We are an established pre-owned car dealership located 10 mins north of Nashville in the city of Goodlettsville, TN. We are seeking ONE hard working motivated sales person to join our staff. Over the last few years with a total of only 3 sales persons on site, we have been averaging 45-50 retail sales a month. (If you do that math, that puts each sales associate at selling 15-20 cars per month) We are interviewing to bring on a 4th candidate to assist us in moving the needle and in getting into the mid 60's in retail sales for the month. The leads and traffic are there, with the 3 sales persons we have currently we have been unable to keep up with the amount of leads and traffic that we are receiving, thus the reason for this add and this Opportunity. If you have been in car sales before you will appreciate this opportunity in the sense that there are only 4 sales persons total in a store that is producing. WE HAVE THE BEST PAYPLAN IN TOWN! With that said we are seeking out the right candidate, our ideal candidate is hard working, motivated, money driven, and is not afraid to work. We encourage all candidates to apply with their resume.
