Marketing & Database Creative Geek Wanted:
(NOTE: This is a position for an employee located in Franklin, TN.)
You:
⢠have a "geek side" that you readily embrace.
⢠can still carry on a conversation with just about anyone.
⢠are excited about building your marketing and design skills.
⢠are willing to scrub, purge, cultivate and love our database.
⢠are comfortable with sending out email marketing blasts and newsletters.
⢠have an eye for graphic design and are fairly comfortable with Adobe (InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator) or Corel (PhotoPaint, Draw).
⢠can effectively and professionally communicate in good spoken and written English using proper grammar.
⢠aren't afraid of hard work and like problem solving.
We need someone to:
⢠embrace Webmaster duties for our WordPress site.
⢠become our CRM Database Maestro (We are currently using SalesForce... And are considering moving to HubSpot).
⢠help (eventually) lead the process of connecting our existing (or future) CRM via API to our other software systems.
⢠develop and manage our social media.
⢠actively be marketing to our existing customer and business partner data base. (We currently use Mail Chimp and are considering a move to HubSpot).
⢠develop Banner Ads and manage getting them placed + track the results for measurement of effectiveness. (You will be developing our expanded marketing initiatives.)
⢠administer our new Vendor Portal and take charge of setting up business partners on it.
⢠manage both before & after Trade Show marketing + take care of logistics for making sure that the booth(s) are shipped to the proper places on schedule.
⢠develop print and web marketing materials.
The perfect team member for us may or may not already have all the skills perfected above. However, he/she at least has a strong desire to grow and ideally a very good foundation to build on. We will consider both recent college graduates (2 or 4 year - doesn't matter) and/or even someone without a degree that has a love of learning and desire to succeed. (If you don't have a degree, we expect that you'll be able to demonstrate to us why we should consider you for this position.)
Compensation is dependent on the skills you bring to the table. We are expecting to pay $35K - $55K (depending on your experience and skills). Our team enjoys excellent healthcare benefits and 401K.
