The Job: Our Assistant Service Managers have a do-it-all job. Some days are pressure filled and our ASMs need to remain flexible, resourceful and efficient. Specific responsibilities include:Â
Diagnose problems and repairs related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, exterior structures and pools, as necessary
Schedule, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance
Assist the Service Manager in directing and supervising maintenance staff
Purchase materials The Details: Our managers should have:
High School diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of previous experience in apartment maintenance or other related trade experience
Basic tools of the trade
EPA and CPO Certifications a plus
Be willing and able to work on-call Employment with Mission RockÂis contingent upon the successful completion of a drug test and background check
