Description
This Desktop Support Analyst role is a long-term (3 years+) opportunity based in the Spring City, Tennessee and surrounding areas. The client has a fantastic reputation and a wonderful company culture that you will love!
What you get to do every day
- Match hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
- Offer your support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
- Create records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
- Administer computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Interface regularly and effectively with ticket submitters
- Preserve, inspect, and mend computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
- Settle computer problems, and offer suggestions on appropriate action/solutions
Requirements
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
- Command of Laptop Hardware
- MS Windows 10 experience
- PC desktop/workstations experience desired
- Demonstrated knowledge of Asset Inventory
- Strong familiarity with Network Printers
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365
- 2+ years of desktop support or other related experience
- must be okay with some local travel
