Opportunity with a public accounting firm located in the Tri-Cities. We are seeking a full-time Accountant with a strong work ethic.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Quickbooks, Lacerte Tax, Word and Excel
- Knowledge with year-end workpaper preparation
- Knowledge of financial statement preparation including compilation and review
- Experience preparing individual, partnership, corporate and non-profit tax returns
- Experience with daily and monthly accounting for clients
- Experience with payroll preparation
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good organization skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent client interaction skills
- Ability to work extended hours during tax season
Experience and Education:
- Public Accounting: 3 years
- Bachelor's Degree: Accounting
- CPA Preferred
