Gecko Hospitality is searching for a hospitality assistant recruiter to join our highly successful team! We have over 30+ years experience recruiting the highest quality hospitality individuals for the most competitive management positions nationwide. We are looking for a talented assistant recruiter for our restaurant division. Restaurant Division management structure knowledge:
Recruiting and/or sales experience
Knowledge of Internet Search Engines and Microsoft Office
High Level of professionalism and integrity
Strong verbal and written communication skills
The ability to follow established recruiting protocol
Self-starter skills and be self-disciplined
An entrepreneurial attitude:
Monday-Friday office hours: 45 hours minimum (but work harder and earn more)
Base salary with bonus potential
Recruit management candidates for both existing and new restaurant clients
Establish new restaurant clients
Maintain network of Hospitality relationships
Collaborate with Gecko Hospitality offices throughout the United States and Canada
