Job Description
This Dietary Cook position will be 12 hour shifts and work every other weekend and holidays as they fall within the scheduled days of working at our assisted living facility. Must be at least 18 years of age and a Christian.
Responsibilities:
Preparing quality meals in quantities according to menu and number of persons served
Direct food preparation & ensure all regulations and standards are met
Assist in serving food to the residents
Help with clean-up of kitchen & serving areas
Takes inventory to ensure that the needed supplies are available
Serve according to dietary guidelines
This is just a few of the duties
