Fast growing Tri-Cities property management company has an opening for a full time Maintenance Technician for multi-family apartment communities.
Position is responsible for preparing vacant units for new residents and performing routine and emergency maintenance. Must have a working knowledge of all aspects of apartment maintenance, repair and service, the ability to troubleshoot problems, and be able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Experience with electrical, plumbing and appliance repair helpful. HVAC certification preferred. High school diploma or equivalent and prior maintenance experience required. Must have dependable transportation, a valid driver's license with no moving violations, and pass a background check.
This is a full-time position with paid holidays, vacation, insurance, and 401k available. Compensation dependent on experience and certifications.
