Maintenance Handyman needed to take care of the upkeep needs of a small 11 unit mobile home park. General duties consist of carpentry, painting etc as well as mowing common areas. There is no salary provided, just housing. Must have a valid drivers license, references from prior landlord, no prior arrests and be drug free.
