Looking for a Property Preservation contractors to perform maintenance on homes in the foreclosure process
Must be able to perform:
-Lock changes
-Trash and debris removal
-Winterization
-Yard maintenance and tree/shrub trimming
-Boarding windows and doors
-Minor home repairs
-Minor roof repairs
Contractors will need the following:
*Valid driver license and must be able to pass background check
*General liability insurance
*Truck and Trailer and lawn equipment
*Small tools needed for handyman type repairs
*Smart phone with camera as well as internet access
*Air compressor and generator
We offer direct deposit and twice monthly pay.
Must have a minimum of 30 days working capital.
