Local restoration company looking for insured subcontractors.
Typically have at least 20 clients at a time.
Consistent influx of new projects majority are insurance claims.
Paid in draws per project. Jobs ranging from $1k to $100k.
Typically consist of sheetrock, paint, trim, subfloor, cabinet and vanity installations, small plumbing repairs. Occasionally deal with framing, roofing, electrical rewires, etc.
Must have reliable transportation and all necessary tools to complete contract
Must provide worker's compensation and general liability insurance certificates.
The workers compensation state exemption form cannot be accepted.
Multiple trades a plus but not required
Taking on more than one project at a time is a plus but not required
