These are Temp to hire positions and once hired you will have access to Healthcare benefits, 401K, Paid time off and a pay increase.Responsibilities:Machine Operator Helper : Performs production tasks that assist other production laborers. Positions parts or materials for processing. Assists in machine setup. Performs routine machine care, such as adding coolant to reservoirs of machines and lubricating machine parts. Performs feeding and off bearing activities. Feeds machine hoppers with stock and transports and packs finished products. Loads packaging machines. Verifies weights of filled containers emerging from processing or packaging machines. Removes foreign material from items on conveyor belts.Inspectors:Inspects finished products, products being processed, incoming materials, parts, and assemblies, etc., for conformance to company standards. Packers: Will be packing parts as they come off of the production line.Sorters: Will be sorting and inspecting parts.Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 AMSkills:Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED (required)General knowledge of manufacturing environment and the ability to handle pressure of a high paced work environmentBasic Math and Reading skills, Mechanical Reasoning skills,Measurement skillsAssemblers & Machine Operators will need to have the ability to interpret drawings for some positionsAbility to lift 10-30 lb. continuouslyDetail orientedGood eye and hand coordinationExcellent AttendanceEducation:High SchoolExperience:Entry LevelQualifications:Shifts & Pay available:1st shift: 7:00am-3:30pm or 5:00am-1:30pm,pay is $10.50 hourly2nd Shift: 3:30pm-11:00pm, pay is $10.70 hourly3rd Shift : 11:00pm-7:30am, pay is $10.80 hourlyThere are also 12 hour rotating shifts available:6:00am-6:30pm, pay is $10.50 hourly6:00pm-6:30am, pay is $10.80 hourly High School Diploma or GED (required) must provide a copyRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
