Randstad is looking for a Production Supervisor on Night Shift. This is a direct hire position and this position will pay between $50,000 to $55,000 a year. These will be 12 hour shifts from 6pm to 6am, which will include working every other weekend.Responsibilities:-Monitor production, follow safety guidelines, and quality control.-Manage employee performance.-Ensure employees are following operation standards and work practices.Working hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AMSkills:-Excellent communication skills.-Computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel & PPTEducation:High SchoolExperience:ExperiencedQualifications:-3 to 5 years of Supervisor experience.-Background with employee training and development.
