Position available for a part-time software developer to join a small team working on an existing project. Ideal candidate will have an intermediate skill level with core Microsoft technologies such as Visual Studio, C# and SQL Server (or other RDBMS). This position does offer a learning component for the additional technologies in our project stack, which include LINQ, Entity Framework, Microsoft MVC, REST and Web Services, WinForms/WPF, and Android/Xamarin. Position is expected to run through the summer of 2019, with the possibility to continue through the end of the year. Great opportunity for a computer science student with current experience outside of the classroom, such as contributing to an open source project, developing a personal project, or past employment as a developer. Could eventually become a permanent, full-time position for the right candidate. Up to 20 hours per week, on-site in Johnson City with some remote, W-2, pay dependent upon experience.
