Job Summary
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Piper Enterprises, LLC is seeking to hire multiple dedicated works skilled in finish & rough carpentry. Consideration will be given to all related skills in the remodeling space (carpenters, tile & stone masons, drywall finishers, painters, plumbing techs etc). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and remodeling, with the ability to work on various projects from mitigation tear out & rebuilds to new construction & remodel projects. This role requires proficiency in multiple construction techniques, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
Install framing and drywall in accordance with project plans.
Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters, tile masons, electricians, plumbers & other trade specialties.
Work efficiently based on directives given by estimators & project managers with assistance and oversight from team leads.
Maintain a clean and organized work site, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored
Communicate effectively with leadership & team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
Requirements
Proven experience in remodeling or construction, with a focus on residential or commercial projects
The ideal candidate is dedicated to the construction field as a career
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job (up to 50 pounds)
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Ideal candidates will have all necessary tools to work effectively in their given trade/specialty
Ability to assume job responsibilities with little to no training; ideal candidate is an established professional and will have 3+ years experience in the construction/remodeling industry.
Pay will be commensurate with proven experience in industry via references or portfolio of work. 90-day period will be given to ensure skills are equivalent to experience provided in interview. Upon 90 day evaluation raise will be considered & given based upon performance. Once candidate has been established for a period of six months a review will be given with the opportunity for an additional pay increase. Thereafter, a review will be given yearly from date of six month evaluation.
