Job Description

Business Development

·Developing and executing territory plans with focus on prospective mid-sized SPs

·Recruiting, training and supporting prospective Cloud and Service Provider (SP) partners with key focus on xSP, ASP, ISP, MSP and aggregators: Rhipe, Crayon, Ingram, Innovix, TechData etc. Focus SPs will be users of Microsoft or VMware platform.

·Build Veeam powered data protection services in Managed Service Catalogue templates within Partner accounts

·Understand each SP Partner's business strategies, motivation and identify Veeam’s unique proposition to each partner.

·Encourage early sales engagement between aggregators, SP and relevant Veeam internal team to maximize leverage

·Leverage aggregators to maintain Veeam’s existing install base of SPs and look to grow Veeam’s footprint within each SP account

·Leverage on aggregators and their partners to identify and drive new product and solutions opportunities

·Lead generation via Veeam events or PMDF activities with SP/aggregators and prioritize on executing a call to action on these leads.

·Organize regular joint business development activities

Qualifications

Relationship Development

·Develop, manage and measure SP and aggregators performance through detailed business planning and regular reviews against plan

·Develop and customize tactical sales programs and promotions leveraging each partners unique value propositions

·Ensure that all aggregators and SP are kept fully informed on all relevant Veeam initiatives, activities and product and solution developments through regular updates/cadence

·Provide aggregators/partner and internal sales team with "How, Why and What to sell” training on VCSP and Cloud solution on a regular basis

·Work to promote SPs to a higher tier by ensuring they comply with the relevant certification requirements and business targets

·Developing trusted relationships with SPs and aggregators based on strong business metrics

·Manage channel conflict in the most efficient and effective manner

·Act as primary contact between Veeam and partners on all day to day activities
