Job Description

Your New Role

An average week for a Graduate Business Analystcould include a wide range of activities including:

  • Supportingthe analysis and development of business and technical processes and workflows to support the replacement of current, and implementation of new systems to support overall business transformation for the customer;
  • Reporting on tasks and project activities, highlighting risks and issues appropriately;
  • communicating with a broad range of technical and businessstakeholders, including responding to queries;
  • Investigatingoperational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through improvements tobusiness processes and workflows to achieve successful implementation of a new system;
  • Assistingin the analysis of stakeholder objectives and the underlying issues arising from investigations into business requirements and problems, and identifyingoptions for consideration;
  • Working with stakeholders, to identify potential benefits and available options for consideration;
  • Contributingto the selection of the business analysis methods, tools and techniques;
  • Supporting the Service Delivery team with ad hoc tasks, as required.

Graduates will be supported to develop their skills and knowledge specific to this role, to ensure they are able to contribute and reach their highest potential. Qualifications

About You and What You'll Bring

This role is ideal for someone who is completing or has recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in a related discipline.
