Job Description

Your New Role

Join a critical program as a Project Coordinator and be the driving force behind the team.

In this role you will support a technical project team by ensuring the day to day running of the project. This might include:

  • Coordinating weekly and daily team rhythms including project meetings, customer meetings or engagements with subcontract partners;
  • Managing all project documentation including maintaining tight document version control in line with defense customer requirements;
  • Supporting people related matters such as security clearances, team onboarding and offboarding, seating requirements and more;
  • Completing a range of reports to ensure proper program governance and tracking.
  • Supporting the financial management of the program
  • Support to the on boarding of new staff
  • Support to the general collaboration and operation of the program

Along with your ability to prioritise and work at a fast pace, you will demonstrate a pro-active approach with the abilitydevelop strong relationships, you will also offer;

We value:

  • Previous professional experience as a Project Coordinator / administrator.
  • Professional experience in a similar role preferably in IT/Defence is preferred.
  • An understanding of general aspects of the job with a limited understanding of the technical phases of the job.
  • Professional experience and knowledge with computer software packages including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • Strong working knowledge of Project management tools
  • Demonstrated organisation skills with strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multi-task is required

You must be an Australian citizen with an active NV1 Security clearance at minimum.
