About your new role

We are seeking an effective, passionate and collaborative individual who enjoys providing high level advice and support in developing and implementing initiatives whilst ensuring processes are followed in order to support the delivery of services to our customers.

You will be working under the broad direction of the Senior Service Delivery Manager whilst supporting the Service Delivery team. Service towers include all facets of a complex ICT platform from data centres to common operating environments providing key application services to our clients. Other supporting functions of the Service Delivery portfolio include reporting, communications, change management, quality assurance and risk management.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their ability to monitor compliance and adherence with defined standards, processes and procedures. The ability to undertake continuous improvement activities to ensure support functions are carried out efficiently and effectively will be well regarded within this role.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone that is obsessed with achieving an outcome for customers and able to build relationships both internally and externally in order to ensure a successful outcome. You will be ITIL certified with first-hand experience working with and improving process.

You will be liaising with technical staff across a broad range of ICT environments so you'll have good knowledge with functional and technical processes so you can confidently converse and ask the right questions to get positive outcomes. You should also be an analytical thinker with a proven ability to translate complex problems into feasible, valuable solutions.

Your communications skills are on point - you are an adept negotiator and cool under pressure. You thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment; if you see the positive of everything, we want to hear from you!

Additional Information

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold a current NV-1 or NV-2 security clearance.
