Deciphera is seeking an experienced Oncology sales specialist to represent QINLOCK (ripretinib) and Romvimza (vimseltinib). The Territory Manager will build and execute strategic territory plans to educate customers about these treatments. This role is critical for the success of Deciphera’s current in-line business and second commercial launch.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Communicate clinical profiles and pivotal trial data of ripretinib and vimseltinib to key customers.Develop and execute territory business plans to address customer needs.Partner with cross-functional commercial teams to provide comprehensive solutions.Become a subject matter expert on GIST and TGCT disease states, product expertise, and market dynamics.Develop specific account/prescriber action plans using analytics.Continuously evaluate plans and pivot as necessary to address evolving business dynamics.Collaborate effectively with field and home office teams.Contribute to the creation of resources, tools, and processes for field success.Meet and exceed business objectives through thoughtful planning and collaboration.
