The Territory Manager has direct accountability for sales and financial performance, for a defined territory that could have up to 15 stores. The primary responsibilities include training and development of store teams, ensuring quality guest experiences, with consistency in execution resulting in sales and profitability achievement within their territory. This role reports directly to the Retail Regional Director.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a passion for the retail industry with a focus on building the right store team thru recruiting, hiring and training. The right person will have excellent communication skills, with an ability to manage at all levels with their teams. Must have a take-charge personality and a talent for getting things done in a collaborative team environment. Your job will involve travel between locations interacting with dynamic and diverse store teams.
A critical element of this role is a strong business acumen, must be able provide analysis of business reporting utilizing trend, exception and financial statements. This position works in close collaboration with high-level executives to plan, strategize and execute store goals. The Territory Manager is a liaison between our corporate offices and the stores in your territory/region, you are the primary channel through which all policies, procedures and expectations are sent and maintained.
