The Recruitment Program Coordinator will join a fabulous team of professionals working in a fast-paced, process and partnership-driven team environment. The Recruitment Program Coordinator will facilitateand managevarious processes (client specific) within the contingent/contractworker lifecycle from onboarding through to off-boarding. The Recruitment Program Coordinator also provides first-level customer support to Hiring Managers and Suppliers.
General responsibilities and tasks will include:
Candidate Submittal, Interview & Selection
Resume formatting as needed
Candidate interviews initiated and scheduled within 24 hours of CV review outcome. Recruiters to work closely with coordinator to ensure timeliness of CVs moving through the process.
Systems updated in real time and without error. FG interview requests updated and confirmed
Offer Management & Onboarding
Monitor progress and completion of onboarding activities, escalating as needed
Systems updated in real time and without error - ensures all position details are correct and documented in VMS
Confirms all on boarding requirements are completed and uploaded into VMS prior to working start date, review documents for discrepancies
Final confirmation of on-boarding documents (discrepancies and declarations signed off); Clearance to Start email
Worker Management and Governance
Ensures all assignment data is maintained and updated as needed in VMS (assignment duration, bill rates, locations etc.)
Work order start date Monitoring and Updating, On-boarding documents uploaded, WO activated.
Ensure all SCB Polices are adhered to through all steps of the process (GSSP, ABC, Length of Service, Rehire etc)
Responds to Hiring Manager requests for assignment updates within one business day WOR, extensions, transfers,
Leverages VMS reporting to proactively reach out to Hiring Managers on assignments approaching end dates (ie - 45 days prior to assignment end date)
Responds to Hiring Manager requests via Service Now 100% of time within the SLA
Time & Expense Management
Ensure all time and expenses are entered and approved by all parties by the Monthly required deadline
100% Supplier timesheets submitted – this is the goal!
Off boarding
Ensures end of assignment reason code is accurate and updated accordingly in VMS tool.
WO closures with correct Reason for Leaving
Manager is contacted to ensure all client assets are secured and final time and expense is approved in VMS prior to next invoicing cycle
Qualifications, Skills, Education, and Experiences
